Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.
A very refined condiment to enrich various dishes and also try “inventive” combinations: from sweet to savoury, on vegetables and fruit, on meat, fish and aged cheeses.
It must be produced exclusively in the vinegar cellars of the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It matures in oak and chestnut casks for 2 months, at least.
